Here in this body are the sacred rivers; here are the sun and moon, as well as all the pilgrimage places. I have not encountered another temple as blissful as my own body. -- Saraha Doha | |
The Ultimate Anti-Aging Skin Care Solutions Antiaging care skin care is one of the biggest trends to hit the market. You may have seen ads promoting antiaging care skin care. But it's really very simple. Here's where you learn everything you need to know. Let's begin. Cleanse The first step is to cleanse your skin of all the makeup, dirt and pollution that accumulates on it during the day. A good cleanser will usually contain vitamin E to help skin elasticity and resiliance improve. Remember to cleanse your neck as well. Exfoliate Exfoliation is the second most important step. Exfoliation will help remove dull, dead skin and expose the fresh, healthy, supple skin underneath. Be sure to avoid exfoliants with harsh additives like ground nut shells. You want a gentle exfoliation. Exfoliate in an upward motion from your neck to forehead. The exfoliator will polish your dead skin out of the fine lines and wrinkles, making them less visible. Freshen Freshening your skin is important to antiaging care skin care because you want your skin to stay looking as good as possible for as long as possible. Freshening will help tighten your skin, thus helping reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while keeping out airborn grime. You can use a freshener or a toner without alcohol. You will also want to look for products with collagen to help your skin retain and regain its elasticity. Note- You can usually find these three steps contained in a single product. I recommend you try that, as it will save you a great deal of time. Again, look for antiaging care skin care products that say so on the bottle. Moisturize Now you want to moisturize your healthy, new skin. Look for an oil free moisturizer, which will give your skin a healthy glow, but not leave it feeling greasy. And get one with an SPF 15 at the minimum. Apply your moisturizer in a downward motion. This will help the pores to lay correctly on your face, and help to keep stuff out of them. Moisturization will help your skin to retain its moisture and stay supple longer. Apply moisturizer in a downward motion to help your pores "shingle" over one another. It's not just an antiaging care skin care tip, but a tip for anyone. Combine steps 4 and 5, moisturize and protect, by buying a tinted moisturizer. Or, mix your moisturizer and foundation in your hand or another surface. Then apply it as you would moisturizer, and blend if necessary with a sponge. You'll get a great sheer glow, no "cakey" look, and save time too. Protect The last step in antiaging care skin care is to protect your skin. You want to do be sure to do this after you've done all this hard work to make your skin look new and fresh. You may or may not choose to use a foundation, but I would recommend it. Not only will it provide a final protective layer against airborn grime, but it will also help even your skin tone so you look even better. You will absolutely want to invest in a good sunscreen. You only need a daily SPF 15, but you need to apply it not only to your face, but also your throat. Sunscreen will protect your skin from the harmful aging effects of UV rays and help keep the occurance of wrinkles at a minimum. If you begin taking care of your skin now, you'll notice the difference quicker than you think.
